04 RUSTIC PORCELANIC FARECOR

CHARACTERISTICS
Thick layer tiling.
Porcelain tile.
High adhesion.
Up to 30mm.

APPLICATIONS:
Cement-based adhesive  for placement of ceramic tiles in thick layer.
Especially porcelain stoneware indoors and outdoors.
Floors and walls.

SUPPORTS:
Cement-based floors.
Walls: plastered with sand and cement, brick factories, concrete blocks, etc.
With bonding bridge: smooth concrete.
Consult other supports.

COMPOSITION:
Gray/white cement, siliceous and/or calcareous aggregates.
Resins and organic and inorganic additives.

PREPARATION OF THE MIXTURE:
Water dosage: 26% ± 2% (± 6.5 liters bag).
Knead until you get a homogeneous paste and let it rest for 3 to 5 minutes. Mix again.
Yield approx. 12/14 Kg/m².

PRODUCT APPLICATION:
Spread the product in the traditional way by solidifying the piece. Previously, a thin layer will be applied on the support to achieve optimal adhesion.With large formats use double gluing.
Lay the tiles and press until you get a good settlement and distribution of product.
It is mandatory to leave joints between tiles of at least 2 mm in interior and 5 mm in outdoor.
For an optimal settlement of the product it will not be possible to transit in the following 3/4 days.

RRECOMMENDATIONS:
Respect the mixing water.
Application temperature should be between 5ºC and 30ºC.
Protect from wind currents.
