32 FARECOR GLASS

CHARACTERISTICS
Adhesive mortar.
For glass block wall factory.
Waterproof.

APPLICATIONS:
Adhesive Mortar.
Suitable for traditional glass block masonry work.
Assembly and internal and external grouting.

SUPPORTS:
Glass blocks must be clean and have good strength.
Not admissible: plaster or plaster supports, painted supports, waterproofed supports and, in short, any support that does not present good absorption and acceptable consistency.

COMPOSITION:
White cement, aggregates and additives.

PREPARATION OF THE MIXTURE:
Water dosage: 22% ± 2% (± 5.5 liters / sack).
Knead until you get a homogeneous paste and let it rest for 3 to 5 minutes.
Yield with blocks 20x20x8 cm +/- 12 Kg / m².

PRODUCT APPLICATION AS A PLASTER:
According to the traditional system with palaustre.
Once assembled and grouting, proceed to clean it with a damp sponge.
After 24 hours do final cleaning with a cloth or scouring pad.
Application thickness up to 20mm.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
Do not apply in rain, strong wind or direct sunlight.
Respect the instructions for use.
