35 THICK WATERPROOF FARECOR

CHARACTERISTICS
Waterproofing by mineralization.
Thickness regulation up to 10mm.
Resists pressure and back pressure.
Reversible.

APPLICATIONS:
Waterproof coating mortar.
Suitable for waterproofing: tanks, basements, parking, rafts, tunnels, elevator shafts, etc.
It is used on walls, floors and ceilings, both indoors and outdoors.

SUPPORTS:
The support must be clean and also have good resistance.
Not admissible: plaster or plaster supports, painted supports and, in short, any support that does not present an acceptable consistency.

COMPOSITION:
Special cements, selected aggregates and inorganic and organic additives.

PREPARATION OF THE MIXTURE:
Knead until you get a homogeneous paste and let it rest for 3 to 5 minutes.
Yield approx. x 1mm thick 1.7 Kg / m².

PRODUCT APPLICATION:
Apply the mortar manually with the trowel in thicknesses between 4 and 10 mm pressing the mortar with the trowel on the support.
The application time is 20-40 minutes, depending on the environmental conditions.
For applications greater than 10 mm, apply successive layers of 5 to 10 mm.
Finish by strapping with frits or sponge.
Moisturize the waterproofed surface 24 hours after application and for 4 days.
Supports thicknesses of 10 mm in a single layer. If a greater thickness is required, it should be done by applying several layers successively on the previous one once it is dry.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
Do not apply in rain, strong wind or direct sunlight.
Respect the instructions for use.
