CHARACTERISTICS
Refractory mortar.
For walls and plastering.
High resistance to fire: 1.000Cº

APPLICATIONS:
Refractory mortar for walls and plastering.

SUPPORTS:
They must be clean and dry, if possible they must be rough.
In excessively porous supports or in very hot times, moisten and wait for the water film to disappear.

COMPOSITION:
Special cements, refractory aggregates and inorganic and organic additives.

PREPARATION OF THE MIXTURE:
Water dosage: 18% ± 2% (± 4.5 liters / sack).
Knead until you get a homogeneous mixture and let stand for 3 to 5 minutes.
The approximate theoretical consumption is 18 Kg / m² for a thickness of 10 mm.
Performance as a wall factory and 1 cm thick +/- 16 Kg / m².

PRODUCT APPLICATION:
Spread the product with a palette in continuous and regular thicknesses.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
Respect the mixing water.
Do not apply on plaster supports.
The application temperature must be between 5º and 30ºC.
Protect from wind currents.
Commissioning after 7 days with gradual heating.
