CHARACTERISTICS
Thixotropic for great thickness.
Great mechanical performance.
Fiber reinforced.
Class R4.

APPLICATIONS:
Structural repair mortar.
Suitable for repair work on weathered concrete walls, pillars, columns, balconies, concrete overhangs, etc.
Up to 40 mm thick.
Indoor and outdoor.

SUPPORTS:
The support must be clean and absorbent in addition to having good resistance.
highly absorbent and / or hot surfaces must be moistened when using the product.
Not admissible: plaster or plaster supports, painted supports, waterproofed supports and, in short, any support that does not present a good absorption and acceptable consistency.

COMPOSITION:
Special cements, selected aggregates and inorganic and organic additives.

PREPARATION OF THE MIXTURE:
Water dosage: 16% ± 2% (± 4 liters / sack).
Knead until you get a homogeneous mixture and let stand for 3 to 5 minutes.
Performance approx. x 1 cm thick 18 Kg / m².

PRODUCT APPLICATION:
Apply the mortar manually with the trowel in thicknesses never less than 8mm nor greater than 40mm, pressing the mortar with the trowel on the support.
The application time is approximately 40 minutes depending on the environmental conditions.
Fratate with plastic or wooden frits, or smooth with trowels.
Protect the mortar during its setting, favoring a good curing of the product.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
Do not apply in rain, strong wind or direct sunlight.
Respect the instructions for use.
