40 LEVELING FARECOR

CHARACTERISTICS
Self-leveling pumpable.
High resistance and fast drying.
Thickness from 3 to 20 mm fine finish.

APPLICATIONS:
Low / medium thickness leveling in interior floors, in new construction and rehabilitation.
Creation of surfaces for laying ceramic tiles, natural stone and other coatings.
Creation of industrial and commercial screeds suitable to be sealed with suitable paints and varnishes.

SUPPORTS:
Concrete and mortars with high resistance, terrazzo and tiles.
Porous substrates such as mortars and concretes must be treated with a primer.
Inadmissible painted supports, waterproofed supports and ultimately any support that does not present a good absorption and acceptable consistency.
Application thickness from 3 to 20 mm.

COMPOSITION:
Special cements, selected aggregates and inorganic and organic additives.

PREPARATION OF THE MIXTURE:
Water dosage: 16% ± 2% (± 4 liters / sack).
Knead until you get a homogeneous mixture and no lumps.
Performance approx. x 1 mm thick 1.7 Kg / m².

PRODUCT APPLICATION:
Pour the product after mixing to obtain the best result and take advantage of its self-leveling and fluid properties.
Spread with the help of a leveling trowel or a spiked roller.
Drying time before stepping from 3 to 4 hours.
Drying time before coating from 12 to 72 hours. Depending on the type of coating to be used.
Once applied, protect the coating from drafts.
